Managing Timeslot Definitions
As a Store Administrator, you can now define specialized timeslot types—each with an associated tier and price—for both Delivery hours and Pickup hours. By customizing your store or warehouse calendar with different timeslot categories, you can establish tailored pricing and scheduling options. This functionality can help you clearly communicate costs to your customers, while ensuring your operational setup accurately reflects service levels for each timeslot.
By adopting this approach, you bring transparency and precision to your scheduling and pricing strategy, enabling your customers to make more informed choices and helping you manage store or warehouse operations with greater efficiency.
Accessing the timeslot definitions
Note: the Timeslot type lookup values must be defined first in order to update this configuration. Ensure you or an administrator has define the values. For more information, see Managing Fulfillment Lookups
To access the timeslot definitions of a store or a warehouse:
1. | Select the store for which you want to modify timeslot definitions. |
2. | Click Delivery Hours or Pickup Hours. |
3. | Scroll down at the bottom of the page. |

Setting the Pricing for Timeslot Definitions
You can now define the pricing for each of the timeslot definition for this store. This fee will be added to the customer's order when checking out.
Under Timeslot Type Definitions.
1. | Enter a pricing value. |
2. | Repeat for each of the values |
3. | Click Save to apply your modifications. |
