Managing Customer Search Settings

ORDER MANAGEMENT > SETTINGS

You can set default search settings in the Orchestration Console so that customers can be searched using different methods.

In the Customer Search dialog box, select the Default Method from the drop-down menu (Last Name, Phone Number or Email).
